AC/DC have been nominated for a Juno for International Album of the Year in Canada.
The Junos are the Canadian equivalent of the Grammy Awards.The International Album of the Year this year features three hard rock acts with AC/DC competing with Metallica ‘Death Magnetic’ and Guns N’ Roses ‘Chinese Democracy’ for the honours.
If the Canadians decide to tone it down, then they have Coldplay ‘Viva La Vida’ and Jack Johnson ‘Sleep Through The Static’ as the other two possibilities.
The Juno Awards will be announced on March 29 from Vancouver.
