New Order bassist is set to release a book detailing tales of legendary Manchester club, The Hacienda.
The club was part funded by New Order, and was notorious for losing money and sending everyone broke, despite single handedly having a huge influence on the club scene you see in England today.Peter Hook told NME "I realised I'd bored my friends for years with tales from The Hacienda so now I thought I'd bore the general public with it."
"But once I started to get into the writing I realised what a huge endeavour it was, and that I was going to have to work on it properly to do it justice."
The book is tentatively titled "How Not To Run A Club" and will be released when it's damn well ready!
