Andrew WK is the new “shoulder to cry on” from Anthem magazine.
The ‘Party Hard’ singer who had that album ‘I Get Wet’ in 2001 and not a lot more has been offering advise to people who write to the mag with their problems.In response to a 25-year old who lost his job recently, Andrew’s advise was “Rather than thinking, “I lost my job because of the economy,” consider: "did I really want this job?”.
Not bad, not bad.
Another reader tells Andrew that his girlfriend wants him to quit his band and get a job.
Andrew replied, “Never ditch your dreams; the idea of facing what you call ‘reality’ is a very unrealistic and potentially very damaging way to live”.
