Ray Davies has suggested that The Kinks may yet reunite.
Speaking to the BBC after receiving his Icon Award in London for his contribution to popular music, Davies said that he would consider reuniting with brother Dave, depending on the latter's health. Dave Davies suffered a stroke two years ago.Ray Davies said, "I'm trying to track down my brother, see how he's doing. Maybe he could guest on a few tracks. But we'll see.
"I spoke to him before I went on my last tour in America, and he's really on the mend. He's playing again, so it's a good sign."
The Davies' last played together ten years ago. Ray Davies is currently working on his solo album, saying that the working title is 'Music From The Big Weird'.
