Michael Jackson has closed the latest chapter in his legal woos by settling out-of-court with Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad al-Khalifa, the son of the King of Bahrain.
The Prince befriended Jackson after is 2005 child molestation case and bank-rolled work for his next album including a book and a documentary.After 4 weeks, Jackson wanted out of the deal, although he was funded $7 million.
Jackson was due to appear in court in London today but now will not be required as he has settled with the Prince.
Details of the settlement have not been revealed.
Jackson had not left the US for London when the case was settled. Instead, he spent the weekend at home in America instead of traveling to England.
