The Homebake lineup has been all but two acts away from being finalised, but now it is complete.
The final two bands to be added are Adelaide’s ‘Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire!’ (if that’s not the coolest band name ever, I don’t know what is!) who won JJJ’s mammoth nation-wide search for new talent in the form of their Unearthed competition. The band invoke memories of epic power rock bands of the mid-90s with a modern indie-disco edge.
The other band to be announced is Deep Sea Arcade (the second coolest band name ever!).
They come from the Hopetoun Hotel Incentive, a set of weekly showcases put on by the Hoey where the winner each year gets to play at Homebake.
The festival will take place at The Domain in Sydney on December 6 and is sold out.
