Singer Aneek Dhar, who won the Zee Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007, is currently cutting his solo album Khwaishein.
The inside gossip is that he is to collaborate with Rihanna to record a song for his debut album. The Umbrella singer will sing a romantic number with Aneek.Sunil D'Sa of Universal Music (producer of the album) confirms, "It is true that we are bringing the two artistes together. Rihanna's songs are popular in India. We expect to record this song in less than three months. If we manage to work out Rihanna's dates, we will also shoot a music video featuring them both."
"I am excited about recording a song with Rihanna," says Aneek Dhar. "She is my favourite singer and her song Umbrella is one of the best I have ever heard."
