Remember last year when the American Idol judges totally stuffed up and thought that David Cook’s version of Michael Jackson`s `Billie Jean` was his own arrangement?
That led to Chris Cornell going on radio in LA to point out that it was a Cornell arrangement, not the work of the American Idol entrant.Well, the story has come full-circle. Cornell has written a song for the Idol winner.
"Chris Cornell is a great musical mind," commented Cook in a statement. "It is an honor to work with him in any capacity on what hopefully will be a huge hit for the both of us."
While Cook will have new Cornell music out soon, so will Cornell. Timbaland produced his next album ‘Scream’. Both will be out before the end of the year.
