Pyramid Rock Festival at the Pyramid Rock (a pyramid shaped rock... pretty convenient name for a rock festival, hey?) has a whole bunch of new artists to add to their already pretty good bill, but guess what? It’s all sold out.
Canada’s own Stars return to Australia after wowing audiences at the Laneway festivals earlier this year and from there on, the lineup just gets even more rockin’.Children Collide continue their neverending tour around the country in an effort to prove the hype artists right, while The Vines cautiously look over their shoulder from the bigger, but soon to be taken over stage.
The Mess Hall, Yves Klein Blue and Behind Crimson Eyes fill up the rock ‘n’ roll quota, while Bob Evans pretty much takes the solo acoustic folk-rock portfolio to himself.
The Resign Dogs, Funkoars and the Bang Gang DJs take care of the beats department, with original Dogs member N’Fa making an appearance again with the band.
The festival will take place on Phillip Island, Victoria, from December 29 to January 1.
