India.Arie's third album ‘Testimony: Vol. 1, Life & Relationship will be the number one record in the USA later this week.
The album sales were catapulted by the first single ‘I Am Not My Hair', which has been on high rotation at BET and VH1.‘Testimony' was produced by India's long term collaborators, Shannon Sanders and Mark Batson, who also work with Seal and Beyonce.
India has earned herself 12 Grammy nominations from her first two albums and walked away with two awards.
She is a U.S. Ambassador for UNICEF and works for humanitarian causes around the world, especially in South Africa for AIDS.
India.Arie will appear on the Late Show with David Letterman on July 28th.
