Troubled rapper DMX dropped the f-word in court during his bond hearing on Tuesday (August 26), after being told he would have to re-appear in court over his Florida drug bust. Catch the court video here.
Judge Lawrence Schwartz denied DMX’s request for a bond, setting a new court date which angered the rapper.“I ain’t coming back on f**king October 3,” DMX mumbled as he walked away.
Schwartz responded, “Oh that just ingratiated you to me. I’ve never heard the f-word before.”
DMX, born Earl Simmons, pleaded guilty to charges of attempting to buy cocaine and marijuana in Miami in August and was sentenced to time served and fined $483.
Lawyer Bradford Cohen told MTV News that Simmons will remain in jail with Arizona authorities given 15 days to extradite him to face further charges for animal cruelty, failure to appear in court and unlicensed driving.
