Thousands of people and celebs including Nelly and Diddy were sent scrambling after a gun was fired at a party hosted by Jermaine Dupri in Atlanta in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A security guard was grazed by the shot that went off at around 3.30am at Club Dreamz in Atlanta.San ‘Diddy’ Combs, Nelly and Usher are reported to have been performing on stage when the incident occurred.
The event was the launch of the So So Def Summerfest.
The shooter became riled after being double-charged to enter the venue. One of his posse pulled out a gun and started to shoot after security came over to deal with them.
The club was at capacity with 2000 patrons on the premise at the time. People poured out the entrance after the shots were fired.
Police are yet to arrest anyone over the incident.
