Ne-Yo has recorded with New Kids On The Block but the reunion album will not feature Madonna or Michael Jackson, as reported by the tabloids.
‘Single’ is the first single from the upcoming reunion album for NKOTB and it features the hip-hop star.“Our new “Single” featuring NE-YO is coming to radio as you read this,” Donne Wahlberg says at the NKOTB website. “If you haven’t heard it, watch out. If you haven’t heard it, find it. Turn your radios on. Get on the web. It’s time to raise the bar”.
As for the much-publicised rumour of a Madonna and Michael Jackson duet, Donnie says, “No MJ or Madonna duets, sorry”. However, there will be songs featuring Akon, Pussycat Dolls, Lady Gaga and Polow Da Don.
The NBOTB album is finished and will be released on September 2nd.
