Britney Spears` attorney has squashed reports of a reunion between the popstar and her one time friend/manager Sam Lutfi, who oversaw her career during her very public meltdown earlier this year.
Lufti is currently prevented from coming within 250 yards of Spears or her homes, and a hearing for a temporary restraining order against Lutfi is set down for Thursday (July 31).Attorney Samuel D. Ingham told The Associated Press in a statement, “Britney has made clear to everyone that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama ‘Sam’ Lutfi, now or at anytime in the future.”
Spears is currently under the control of her father James, who is the conservator of her personal life and finances and also has the power to decide who his daughter keeps as company.
“During the temporary conservatorship, the conservators have the power to insure that Lutfi will not harm Britney anymore,” Ingham continues.
“If Mr. Lutfi makes any future attempt to contact Britney after the temporary conservatorship has concluded, Britney has made clear she will take all appropriate legal action.”
