Following the success of the Lobby Loyde Benefit Concert in Melbourne, Billy Thorpe is taking out ailing rock legend Lobby Loyde for another dose of pub rock.
Billy Thorpe and The Aztecs with Lobby Loyde and special guest Blackfeather will perform three shows in Melbourne in October.The 'One Last Blast' tour will give Lobby Loyde, who is in the final stages of cancer, the chance to get out and rock for one last blast at some of the bars he frequented on stage in the 60s.
Loyde and the Aztecs were regulars at the Doncaster Hotel and Pier Hotel Frankston in the early days and they are two of the venues you will see them one last time.
