David Lee Roth has issued to statement to say that it wasn’t him pulled over by Canadian police this week and that he does not have a peanut allergy.
The Van Halen rock star confirms that he was in Canada last week but stories suggesting he was pulled over by police for speeding and nearly died from a peanut allergy are completely untrue.In a statement, Roth said "I was in Canada only from July first through the fourth for a performance at the Quebec City Summer Festival. I had no encounters or incidents with the police. The only thing I'm allergic to is criticism”.
Roth blames the Canadian police for the false story becoming public. The Ontario policeman who pulled over the fake Roth said that it was the rock star.
Dave’s now back home and happily munching on his nuts.
