The 9th Metallica album will be called 'Death Magnetic'.
Fans were drip-fed a teaser to announce the title with a part of a tile enlarging each day to reveal more letters in the name.'Death Magnetic' will be released in September. It was produced by Rick Rubin (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Johnny Cash) and will be first Metallica album to feature bass player Robert Trujillo, who has already now been in the band for 5 years. (Producer Bob Rock played bass on the last album St Anger).
