Tori Amos is the latest major artist to quite the major label world.
After releasing her last three studio albums through SonyBMG and the early catalogue through Warner, Amos has announced that she will release her next album on her own.She has already started work on the yet-to-be titled album which will be released in 2009.
In going Indie, Tori has indicated that she was far too restricted by the major labels and needs to be stand alone to reach her diverse audience.
