The R Kelly child pornography case continues to gather momentum in the courtroom.
After his defence team argued, earlier in the week, that the R&B star wasn't the person performing with an alleged minor in the video, the prosecution brought in an FBI expert to study the film. George Skaluba concluded that the video showed real people in a real environment, and there has been no computer generated enhancements to alter the images.Kelly faces a maximum 15 year jail term if found guilty of having sex with an underage girl and filming the event. The alleged act took place some time during the late 90's and 2000. If found not guilty, he'll be free to promote his new album, scheduled for release in July.
