Pete Murray's third album 'Summer At Eureka' has debuted at number one on the Australian chart with sales.
'Summer At Eureka' turned over 8775 sales including 1002 as digital downloads.At number two, Gabriella Cilmi's debut album 'Lessons To Be Learned' sold 7091 units, 446 as downloads. Andre Rieu dropped back to number 3 from the top spot last week with sales of 4526.
Debuts this week were from Death Cab For Cutie. Their 'Narrow Stairs' was at 6.
Shihad had a good return to the chart with 'Beautiful Machine' grabbing number 11-pole position. Jason Mraz 'We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things' popped in at number 28. I Killed A Prom Queen's 'Music For The Recently Deceased' charted at number 38 and Him 'Digital Versatile Doom' debuted at 48.
Elsewhere down the chart, 3 Doors Down '3 Doors Down' came in at 57, Dresden Dolls 'No Virginia' was at 78 and Disturbed 'The Sickness' was at 83.
