The seventh edition of Daryl Hall's 'Live From Daryl's House' will feature his performance from March from SXSW in Austin, Texas.
Hall performed at the Austin Conference Centre with Philly R&B star Mutlu and indie muso Chuck Prophet.'Live From Daryl's House' is a concept featuring live performances from the various houses of Daryl Hall, and if this occasion, one from outside the house. He owns houses in London, the Bahamas and two in New York.
Previous shows have featured K.T. Tunstall, Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes and, of course, old pal John Oates.
Hall was in Austin for SXSW to launch 'Live From Daryl's House'. The show was filmed by DirecTV. It will broadcast it as well soon.
Hall loves the concept of playing his music from his home to you. "These collaborations have really reinvigorated my music, both as a solo artist and the stuff I do with John and the band," he said in a statement. "It's like getting a new lease on life. And the response has been overwhelming."
