Luke Pritchard - frontman for plucky Britsh band The Kooks - has been arrested on suspicion of underage drinking.
The baby-faced 21-year-old was nicked by the constabulary after leaving trendy West London nightspot Crazy Homies. Pritchard and a companion were reportedly carrying bottles of beer with them when they were asked to produce ID. Neither of the pair could prove they were over 18, and they were taken to a police station, where authorities contacted their parents to verify their age.A source told Britain's 'Mirror' newspaper, "He's had a hectic schedule of late and this was one of the first nights Luke's had to himself.
"It was all going really well until they decided to leave just before closing time at 11pm.
"To be fair, both of the boys looked incredibly fresh-faced. When they were asked for ID neither had anything on them. Luke was saying: 'Why don't you believe us?' He was very polite but there were a lot of people around and you could tell he was feeling hugely humiliated."
