Wyclef Jean schooled an Australian journalist during a press conference, ahead of this weekend's MTV Australian Video Music Awards, when the writer mistakenly called him will.I.am, frontman for the Black Eyed Peas, in an article that was published in a local newspaper.
The former Fugees member stepped off the conference stage and sat next to the reporter saying, "Did you say I was will.I.am? Listen baby I'm going to tell you something, look at my face right - do you think all black people look alike?Jean admitted that it's not the first time this has happend saying, "We always do get mistaken for each other... but no one has ever said Wyclef Jean, frontman for Black Eyed Peas. "I can't manage two supergroups.''
However, Jean was just joking with the journalist telling her, "I'm just having a tease, I'm just taking the piss out of you. Look at me girl, I look much better in person. Now you know the difference right?''
