Australia's latest success story Wolfmother have been touring Europe with Seattle legends Pearl Jam to ecstatic audiences.
Those lucky enough to be at last night's show in Antwerp, Belgium, saw Wolfmother front man Andrew Stockdale climb up on stage with the 'Jam to perform The Who's 'Baba O'Riley' and Jeff Ament and Stone Gossard's pre Pearl Jam band Temple of the Dog's 'Hunger Strike'.Those heading to see Pearl Jam in the next couple of days might want to make sure they catch Wolfmother, because you never know who might be jumping up to play their ball-tearer, 'Minds Eye' with them.
Meanwhile, Mike Patton, in an interview filmed backstage at Lollapalooza by G4TV, said of the Aussie rockers as they blared out 'Woman' in the background, "Are you hearing this sh*t? What year are we in? Forgive me, but Wolfmother, you suck! Help me, am I f*cking crazy? Can I get an amen? Oh my god, enough already! Are people that stupid, I guess they are. I don't even have to say it, you've got ears."
