Britney Spears had not been drinking when she plowed her Mercedes into a Nissan on the LA freeway on Saturday night.
A sobriety test has confirmed that the pop star was not drunk at the time of the accident leading police to believe that the crash may have been caused because of the paparazzi.As usual, Britney was being hounded by the paps when she had the accident.
The driver of the Nissan was a 21 year old male who claims that the lady in the Mercedes (Britney) was putting on make-up when she crashed into his car.
Britney's 2008 Mercedes SLK pushed the Nissan into another car creating a small pileup on the freeway.
No-one was injured in the crash.
