Elbow are going to be performing a gig in the forest as a replacement for James Morrison.
The new, which is terrible for James Morrison fans, but great for the rest of us, will head into Delamere Forest on June 14 to perform.Morrison has cancelled the gig and his whole tour with the weak excuse of "recording commitments".
He said in a statement, "I'm afraid that due to some diary changes attached to the recording of the new album, it will be impossible for me to get out of the studio, play the gigs and put on a great show. I hope everyone concerned will understand and know that I'll try my best to make it up to you as soon as I'm able."
Tickets can be returned to the point of purchase, and Elbow tickets are on sale at 9am this Friday the 18th.
Other gigs coming up for the Forestry Commission in the UK include:
JUNE
13 - The Zutons
14 - Elbow
15 - KT Tunstall feat. Tom Baxter
