R 'n' B star Toni Braxton has been rushed to a Las Vegas hospital for a potential heart problem.
The singer, who has a residency at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino, is reported by some news organizations to have suffered a heart-attack, although that is unconfirmed.Braxton does have a heart condition. She suffers from Pericarditis, but it is unclear at publication time if a heart attack was the cause of this incident.
The singer was suffering chest pains yesterday and rushed to the St. Dominican Hospital. She is expected to be released today.
Braxton is a spokesperson for the American Heart Association. Her biggest hit was 'Un-break My Heart' from her 1996 album 'Secrets'.
