Sean Levert, son of O'Jay's lead singer Eddie Levert, has died mysteriously while serving a jail term.
The 39 year old was sentenced only last week to one year and 10 months jail for failing to pay child support.An autopsy has been inconclusive but police have dismissed any foul deeds.
Levert died on Sunday in Cleveland.
His brother Gerald died in 2006 of an accidental overdose.
The O'Jays are best known for the soul hits 'Love Train' and 'Backstabbers'.
Sean was a member of R 'n' B group Levert.
