Richie Sambora's Daughter Was Passenger During DUI

Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora was driving his 10 year old daughter when he was arrested on DUI charges this week.

Sambora was arrested after police pulled over his Hummer after it was seen weaving along the Pacific Coast Highway.

The guitarist refused a sobriety test and was taken to Laguna Beach police station where he was given a blood alcohol test.

It has now been revealed that the passenger in the vehicle was his and Heather Locklear's 10 year old daughter.

He will face court on May7.
