Panic! At The Disco and My Chemical Romance Pelted At Reading

In an ironic twist, British music fans at Reading this past weekend weren't too kind to band's who put their fashion in front of music, pelting both Panic! At The Disco and My Chemical Romance with bottles and other assorted ground to stage missiles.

Brendan Urie of Panic was knocked out for a few seconds, but managed to recover and complete their set, while My Chemical Romance said "This song is called thanks for all the bottles, thanks for all the piss, thanks for all the golf balls, thanks for all the apples and thanks for all the sticky shit."

"We might be the outsiders today, but we represent every outsider out there!", MCR front man Gerard Way said.

Things didn't go too well for Placebo either, who had to leave the stage for ten minutes due to technical difficulties.

Pearl Jam however, headlined the 2nd day without a hitch, making it their first festival appearance since the ill fated performance at Roskilde, Denmark in 2000, where eight fans died in the audience and many more were hospitalized.

In 2004, 50 Cent was also showered with bottles. He left the stage early, proving that fashion concious emo kids are tougher than gangster rappers.
