Well everyone from Prince to Marvin Gaye to Blondie to Paris Hilton has long known it, but now science has proven that music can cause young kids to experiment with their (and each other's) sexuality.
The Guardian reports that Jamaican scientist Tazhmoye Crawford has led a study that says kids aged nine to seventeen cited music as their main reason for sexual experimentation.Don't get us wrong, these kids aren't necessarily doing the horizontal monkey dance (music is only the fifth highest motivational factor there), just "experimenting".
Ten percent of males and five percent of females named music as the number one cause of sexual experimentation, which we do admit leaves an awful lot of "experiments" going on for other reasons, but I'm just glad I have reached the point in my career that I could include the phrase "horizontal monkey dance" into a story.
