Heath Ledger's 'Brokeback Mountain' co-star Jake Gyllenhall and model Gemma Ward have arrived in Australia for the funeral of Heath Ledger this weekend.
A funeral service for Ledger is expected to take place on Saturday afternoon in Perth, although no details have been made available to the media.Family and friends who will be attending the service were notified of the time and location on Friday night.
Ledger, who died in Manhattan 2 weeks ago, was found to have six prescription drugs in his body. The Medical Examiner's Office stated that it was the combination of the drugs that killed the Aussie movie star. The mixture shut down his nervous system and he suffocated.
While a tragedy for the family of the 28 year old, the coroner's report ended speculation of a possible suicide.
In a statement, his father Kim said "Today's results put an end to speculation, but our son's beautiful spirit and enduring memory will forever remain in our hearts".
Heath leaves behind a two year old daughter, Matilda, from his relationship with actress Michelle Williams.
