Legendary British hard rockers The Cult are set to return to the live stage after a five year hiatus.
The band have announced eight shows across the UK in September, their first since front man Ian Astbury toured with the Doors of the 21st Century - where he was slammed by media and Doors fans for ripping off Jim Morrison, rather than being himself.The band will also include guitarist Billy Duffy, although it is unclear who will make up the rest of the band, that has at one time featured Matt Sorum on drums, who later joined Guns 'n' Roses.
