The 32 year old did jail time on charges of battery and resisting arrest after an argument with her mother. At the time, she was on probation following her arrest on drug charges in 2004.McCready was sentenced to 1 year in jail but released early on condition that she spends the next two years on probation.
During her career, Mindy released 4 albums and has had 10 country hits in the USA. Her biggest hit was 'Guys Do It All The Time'. It reached number one in 1996.
