Congratulations to Taxiride/Future Role Models singer Jason Singh and partner Leah Clifton on the birth of their first child, son Zeppelin Mahendra.
Zeppelin weighed in at 9lb 4.1kilos.He was born on Tuesday, 36 hours after leah went into labour. He came through the barrier at 12 past 10 Tuesday morning, November 13th.
Ecstatic new dad Jason tells Undercover News that "we picked the name 3 years before we had the baby. It was individual".
The name has a family meaning to the Singh's as well as being borrowed from a totally cool band. "Zep means Joe in Maltese which is half of my background," Jason says. My dad's name is Mahendra but everyone called him Joe. So that sealed it me".
Although only one day old, Zeppelin Singh is already planning a career in the music industry. "I did record his first cry," Jason says. "It might be used in some dance remix of 'World As We Know It'. He has a set of lungs".
Future Role Models should check out their new songs 'Ready Or Not' and '6 Feet Underground' at www.myspace.com/futurerolemodels
