Jimmy Page has been recognised for both his guitar skills and the fact that he hasn't died, in being named a "living legend" at the Classic Rock Roll Honour awards.
He told the BBC that the fractured finger, which forced the postponement of the Led Zeppelin reunion show, was the little finger on his left hand. He fractured it following a fall in his garden, and acknowledged it will take "a little while to heal"."It's a nuisance because it's really needed," Page said of the most famous finger in rock at the moment.
Page, who received a vintage Gibson Les Paul at the ceremony, went on to say that Zeppelin's setlist for the December 10 show would contain "a lot of the songs that people would want to hear."
