Led Zeppelin's planned reunion show on November 26th has been postponed because guitarist Jimmy Page has fractured his finger.
In a statement, Page said "I am disappointed that we are forced to postpone the concert by two weeks. However, Led Zeppelin have always set very high standards for ourselves, and we feel that this postponement will enable my injury to properly heal, and permit us to perform at the level that both the band and our fans have always been accustomed to."The news is sure to create chaos for the thousands of fans, many of whom had booked flights from all over the world to attend the event.
Led Zeppelin are reforming to honor the late Ahmet Ertegun, who passed after in 2006 after falling at a Rolling Stones concert.
Ertegun was the founder of Atlantic Records and was the man who signed Led Zeppelin to the label.
A new date for the concert will be announced soon.
