The annual Good Vibrations festival has been announced for 2008, with the hottest rumours around town (being Kanye West and Cypress Hill) coming true.
Kanye is so keen on getting to the festival that he's going to fly out, do Melbourne, fly back to the States to attend the Grammys (sadly missing the Gold Coast, sorry guys) then fly back to Australia to play Sydney and Perth.Don't worry though, those heading to the Queensland show will get twenty bucks knocked off the cost of their ticket.
Other acts include Calvin Harris, The Rapture, Pharoahe Monch, Thievery Corporation, James Zabiela, A-Trak, Kid Sister, RuCL, Katalyst, Hau (Koolism), Steve Spacek, Sinden, K-OS, High Contrast Feat. MC Wrec, Pigeon John, Surkin, 16 Bit Lolitas, The Bag Raiders, Radioclit and Beat Vandals with The Stafford Brothers.
If that's not enough, the main and roots stages will be emceed (in the truest sense of the term) by none other than Lyrics Born.
Tickets for this momentous show go on sale on November 9. The dates are:
