Duran Duran will cover the tabloid topic of celebrity rehab in the video for their new song 'Falling Down".
"It seems that we are surrounded by celebrity meltdown - on television, in the newspapers and magazines, and even on the radio - every time you tune in you hear about who's done what, who's falling apart in Hollywood, and who has taken themselves in and out of rehab. This song is really about somebody who has lost their grip on life - so the theme felt fitting," said Duran Duran's Nick Rhodes in a statement. The clip was shot in a dilapidated hospital in Los Angeles by director Anthony Mandler.
"'Rehab' seems to be becoming an increasingly public part of today's society, and an ever-bigger focus of the media - getting yourself together is front page news pretty much all over the Western world," said John Taylor.
Duran Duran's 'Red Carpet Massacre' album will be released on November 17.
