The Killers are planning on releasing a compilation of rarities and unreleased music.
Pitchfork reports the band will release a compilation with sixteen tracks including their cover of Joy Division's 'Shadowplay' from the soundtrack to the upcoming Ian Curtis' biopic 'Control'.There is also the band's new single 'Tranquilize', which features Lou Reed on vocals, their take on Mel Tillis' 'Ruby, Don't Take Your Love to Town' and 'Move Away' from the Spiderman 3 soundtrack.
The compilation will be entitled Sawdust and will be released in November.
The band will also release a Christmas single entitled 'Don't Shoot Me Santa', which will benefit Bono's (RED) campaign.
