Red Hot Chili Peppers bass player Flea says he is sorry for being so obnoxious in the 80s.
The Australian born Pepper says he can't believe some of the "dumb shit" he used to say when he looks back at old interviews.In his Fleamail posting at the Chili Peppers website, Flea says "boy, I had no business having a microphone in front of my face. All the times I thought I was being shocking and I was obnoxious and trite".
The Red Hot Chili Peppers world tour kicks off tomorrow in Portland, Oregon. They'll head to Europe in November and December. Expect the Australian tour to be announced for January.
