Icelandic soundscapists Sigur Ros have finished their first documentary, entitled 'Heima' and are set to release it on November 6.
The title, which means "At Home" will see the band performing a series of free, unannounced concerts in their homeland at venues ranging from city parks to an abandoned herring factory. It was shot by Canadian director Dean DeBlois and is said to be visually stunning, as only a visual Sigur Ros related piece could be.

On that same day, the band will also release the album 'Hvarf/Heim', which is actually made up of two EPs ('Hvarf' and 'Heim', believe it or not!).
The CD will feature live acoustic versions of previous songs recorded on their 2006 tour, as well as outtakes from previous albums.
Both releases will be out through XL in the US.
