The Eagles will gather on stage to open LA's Nokia Theatre in October.
The new Nokia Theatre follows the opening of the multimedia venue in New York's Times Square.The band will perform two shows on October 18th and 20th at the downtown venue, across the way from the famed Staples Center.
The shows will also feature Dixie Chicks.
The two Eagles shows will be the bands only live performances for 2007.
The shows will coincide with the release of the first studio album for the band since 1979's 'The Long Run'.
The 17 track 'The Long Road To Eden' will be the long awaited seventh studio album for the band.
