Troubled pop starlet Britney Spears has allegedly threatened two young photographers with murder.
The snappers were photographing Spears as she walked out of a Las Vegas spa at Wynn Casino with her two children and a bodyguard.Spears allegedly threw a baby bottle at them and said "I'm going to kill you."
One of Spears' bodyguards, Julio Camera, allegedly held Deetz against a wall to keep him at bay, until security at the Wynn intervened and asked the photographers to leave.
According to lawyers for Deetz, as they were walking away, Camera attacked them from behind.
Photographers 24 year old Andrew Deetz and 23 year old Kyle Henderson are going to press charges.
Deetz and Henderson both work for photography agency Flynet pictures, who sell photos to many publications, including US Weekly and People Magazine.
Henderson is not believed to be a part of the lawsuit.
Meanwhile, Kevin Federline, who's divorce from Spears became official on Monday, is taking the moral high ground and refusing to badmouth his ex-wife.
Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told Associated Press, "He doesn't want to do anything that would be perceived as taking [Spears] down a peg. His goal is to keep things between him and Britney private. There's a proper forum to discuss issues with a co-parent. That place is not in the public eye.
"When they are with him, he is going to shield his children from unwanted media attention. You will not find a picture of Kevin parading with the children out in a public place.
"He's focused right now on being the best parent that he can be."
The pair share joint custody of the two children, 22 month old Sean Preston Federline and 10 month old Jayden James Federline.
