Peter Hook has hit back at former band mates Stephen Morris and Bernard Sumner of New Order for saying the band would continue without him.
Posting on his MySpace blog, Hook says "Never assume anything! This group has SPLIT UP! You are no more New Order than I am! You may have two thirds but don't assume you have the rights to do anything New Ordery 'cos you don't. I've still got a third! But am open to negotiation."His disappointment in his former bandmates is clear throughout his message.
He goes on to say "Just in case you hadn't noticed we've not had a "PERSONAL" relationship for a long time now... years in fact! Whenever you contact me it's through the management (like Hale and Pace eh?)"
Not content to lay back and accept that New Order will continue without him, Hooky signs off his blog with "See you in court".
Why can't you all just get along?
