Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour will perform one song live via satellite to an audience in movie theaters across Canada for the launch of his new DVD 'Remember That Night - Live At The Royal Albert Hall'.
Director David Mallet filmed "Remember That Night - Live At The Royal Albert Hall," over three nights in May, 2006. The shows supported his current album 'On An Island'.The DVD will include appearances by David Bowie, Graham Nash and David Crosby as well as Gilmour's Floyd friend Richard Wright.
Roxy Music's Phil Manzanera also appears in the album.
Gilmour performed Floyd's 'Echos' in its entirety during the show. It was the first time that had happened in 20 years. Crosby, Nash and Bowie joined him for the 60s Floyd pop classic 'Arnold Layne'.
The movie will premiere in Canadian Theaters at 3pm on September 15th.
