Skid Row's Sebastian Bach has signed a joint venture with MRV launch a new artist.
Bach's Get Off My Bach Productions has teamed with MRV, run by songwriter/producer Jack Ponti.MRV's business model is to partner with artists to create a jointly owned operation from management through to the label.
In a statement, MRV CEO Jack Ponti said "Sebastian Bach has proven himself to be a true multi media star of music, stage and television. He has delivered a record of incredible depth and intensity that displays his growth as an artist. We look forward with eager anticipation to this journey together and are honoured to be part of it."
Ponti's early days in rock featuring playing in a band with Jon Bon Jovi. He later went on to write most of Alice Cooper's 'Hey Stoopid' album before heading into management and forging the career of India.Arie.
"I have known Jack Ponti for 20 years & am totally excited to be 'partners in crime' with such a trusted, talented guy as Jack and the whole MRV team" Sebastian Bach said.
Bach's next album 'Angel Down' will be released on October.
