After ten years, Sunk Loto have decided to call it a day... but fans need not worry, three members of the former band will be moving on.
Bass player Robkaay told Undercover, "It's me, Jason and Dane, but it's not Sunk Loto. Sunk Loto is dead and we have begun a new three piece. It's still heavy but more melodic with Jason singing. More rock based."The band have begun recording demos and are taking their time, making sure the end result doesn't come out until it's ready.
"We're really excited about the music we're writing, as we've learnt a lot individually over the past 10 years and know exactly what we're doing and what we want now," he said.
Sunk Loto were still in their teens when they started in the late 90s, and after a few small hits the band continued to play live to a cult following in a decade that saw them play both in Australia and over in the USA.
The band are currently based on the Gold Coast.
