The piano John Lennon wrote and recorded the iconic 'Imagine' on is going on display at the Texas State Penitentiary.
The piano, now owned by George Michael, is being displayed across America by the Goss Gallery. Kenny Goss is George Michael's partner.Michael plans to have the piano photographed in locations across the United States where horrific acts have taken place to spread Lennon's peace message.
Last week, it was displayed at the place where Martin Luther King Jr was gunned down.
The Texas Penitentiary placement is to draw attention to the Texas sport of execution on the day in which James Lee Clark will be murdered by authorities.
The piano will be on display at the Hunstville site between 3.30pm and 6.30pm on April 11.
