Foo Fighters have signed a new long-term contract to stay with RCA Records.
They subsequently released the studio albums 'One By One' in 2002 and 'In Your Honor' in 2005 before last year's live record 'Skin and Bones'."With all the crazy shit that's gone down in the record business over the last 10 years, it's been a huge comfort to know that the people at RCA have always had our backs, Foo Fighters founder Dave Grohl said in a statement. "The support and freedom they've given us has been invaluable and I'm glad to have them continuing with us into this band's second decade."
The band will now start work on their next album with producer Gil Norton, who worked with them previously on 'The Color and The Shape'.
Foo Fighters will headline the V Festival in the UK in August, 2007.
